The building Ipanema Spaces is located in the more sophisticated area of Ipanema, on the street Visconde de Pirajá nº 572, between the streets Aníbal de Mendonça and Henrique Dummont.
The building, with its rounded windows and skylights, has a modernist style and is formed by a big two floor store and 6 additional floors above, and has always been a reference spot in Ipanema.
For over 20 years the Helio Barki Department Store functioned there, and the building was recently entirely renovated and upgraded in order to make it ideal for offices, companies and clinics.
